1. How do I schedule a Profiles International de Puerto Rico assessment for me or for a candidate? • Contact us via email or phone to schedule an assessment. We will provide you with an Internet link, a username and password with which you will gain access to the assessment questionnaire.

2. Can my organization schedule assessments? • Some organizations prefer to schedule and handle the assessments independently from our office. They are provided with a special online access with which they control an inventory of assessments.

3. Who keeps a database of all assessment reports? • All reports are kept in the Profiles International online database. All reports can be accessed online anytime anywhere there is a connection to the Internet.

4. Once a candidate completes the assessments when will I receive the reports? • All reports are available via email in seconds after an assessment questionnaire is completed. There is no wait period or data entry required.

5. In what languages are the Profiles International assessments available? • All assessments are available in English and Spanish. All Profiles International assessments were translated in Puerto Rico and submitted to a validation process.

6. Do I have to pay every time I request a report? • No. The assessments are paid only once per participant. For example, Profiles XT provides seven different reports. All seven reports can be accessed anytime with no extra cost. If a participant of Profiles XT does not match the required position benchmark for a particular position his results can be compared with other benchmarks at no extra cost.

7. Do I have to pay every time I create a profile? • Depends. If your organization has access to the online system (see question 2) then you can create as many benchmarks as you want at no extra cost. If this option is not available to you then we charge a small fee to create the benchmarks for your organization.

8. Are the Profiles International de Puerto Rico assessments available via Internet only? • No. All Profiles assessments are available on booklet too. Just complete the questionnaire and send the answer sheet via email. We will do the data entry and send you all the reports.
