The PPI is used to help managers know how individuals can be understood, motivated and managed. It helps reduce conflicts in personality and style between managers and employees that get in the way of problem solving. It tells about whether an employee is internally motivated or externally motivated and information about employee response to job stress, frustration and conflict. It provides information of behavioral tendencies in job-related competencies in nine key areas: productivity, quality of work, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, adapting to change, response to stress and conflict, work motivation, motivational energy.
Easy to Use
The PPI is conveniently administered via the Internet – no administrator or proctoring is required. The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and results are available immediately to be shared with the company’s decision makers anywhere in the world.
